Delivery and Ownership

Delivery Process

Your order will be delivered either by us or by our authorized delivery partner. Unless delayed by an event outside of our control, we will take all reasonable steps to meet the delivery date specified in your order confirmation or as otherwise agreed.

If we are unable to meet the estimated delivery date or time due to circumstances beyond our control, we (or our delivery partner) will contact you as soon as possible to inform you. We will take steps to minimize the effect of the delay; however, we cannot be held liable for delays caused by such events.

Completion of Delivery

Delivery is deemed complete once the products have been delivered to the address provided in the order confirmation.

  • Accuracy: Please ensure that the delivery details you provide are accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or missed deliveries resulting from incorrect information.

  • Receiving Goods: You are responsible for making appropriate arrangements to receive your delivery. Please ensure that you or an authorized representative is available to collect your parcels.

Failed Delivery

If a delivery attempt fails and you do not reschedule, we will contact you for further instructions. In such cases, we reserve the right to charge for storage costs and any additional delivery fees. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or rearrange delivery or collection, we may terminate the contract.

Risk and Title

  • Transfer of Risk: Risk of damage to or loss of the Products passes to you at the moment of collection or delivery. We accept no responsibility for the safety or condition of the Products after this point.

  • Transfer of Ownership (Title): Ownership of the Products will only transfer to you once we have received payment in full of all sums due. Until full payment is made, we reserve the right to repossess the Products.
