Implementation guidelines (summary)
- Flat, clean, sound and dry surface (respect the permissible humidity levels).
- Unroll the AquaStop™ underlay on the barrier side according to the manufacturer's instructions.
- Carefully seal and seal the overlaps (using appropriate tape).
- Install your floating floor covering according to its instructions (expansions, direction, permitted underlays).
- For underfloor heating: commissioning / instructions according to DTU & manufacturer (gradual temperature increases).
Pro tip: add a coordinating sealing tape to perfect the vapor barrier at the joints and around the perimeter (baseboards).
